Nashua Man Nabbed on Theft Charge
Here is a snapshot of activity from the Amherst Police log from Jan. 3 to Jan. 5. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Jan. 3:
- At 11:58 a.m., police responded to a single car crash on Spring Road without injury.
- At 11:12 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash on Boston Post Road and Cross Road without injury.
- At 11:50 a.m., police arrested a Nashua man on a theft charge. Richard David Fenton, 23, of 12B Courtland St. in Nashua was charged with that offense and later released on $800 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 16 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- At 12:35 a.m., police arrested a Milford woman. Katherine M. Nestor, 25, of 545 Elm St., Apt. 15 in Milford was charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. She was later released on $800 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Jan. 16.
- At 9:15 p.m., police arrested a Milford woman for motor vehicle offenses. Crystal Anne Parker, 34, of 99 Elm St., Apt. 2 was charged with driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration and on a electronic bench warrant issued by Merrimack District Court. She was later released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Jan. 16.
