Two Arrests For Endangering Welfare of a Child

The Amherst Police Department investigated a single vehicle accident on Veterans Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Alex Hansis, 18, of Amherst.
At 8:53 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Alex William Hansis, 18, of 28 Eastern Avenue, Amherst on charges of driving after suspension and conduct after an accident. Hansis was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:51 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Airline Drive. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Thomas Woods, 53, of Newbury, VT and Bradford Bent, 41, of Milford.
[Sunday, April 14]
At 10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Camp Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Nicole West, 17, of Merrimack and Harold Chuchul, 82, of Merrimack.
[Tuesday, April 16]
At 6:02 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ashlynn M. Chandler, 23, of 5 Suncook Pond Road # 1, Allenstown on a charge of endangering the welfare of child. Chandler was released on $800 recognizance bail bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
At 6:21 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kenneth Robert Arnst, 22, of 114 Tremont Road, Raymond on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Arnst was released on $800 recognizance bail bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
