BEDFORD, NH — Here are the 5 things to know in Bedford this week.
- This Saturday is the Bedford High School graduation, taking place rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Congratulations Class of 2019!
- On Tuesday, the Bedford Police Department will host its annual open house, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be pizza, ice cream, police dog demonstrations, mounted patrol and more.
- The closure of Lawes Avenue and Dery Street are taking longer than expected, as installation of drainage structures is still ongoing on Donald Street, according to the town manager's report to the Town Council. Drivers are asked to pay attention to detours that are in place.
- Tax bills have been sent out and are due on July 1
- Summer library hours have started. The library will be closed on Sundays, and open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
