ARREST LOG: 61-Year Old Charged with DWI

Friday, Oct. 26

8:36 a.m. - Frankie Perez, 24, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, operating with a suspended registration and driving without giving proof.

6:58 p.m. - Dean Tappan, 61, of Center Harbor, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Iron Horse Drive and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, Oct. 27

2:05 a.m. - 15-year-old juvenile arrested near the intersection of New Boston Road and Joppa Hill Road and placed into protective custody after police responded to a report of suspicious activities.

2:05 a.m. - 14-year-old juvenile arrested near the intersection of New Boston Road and Joppa Hill Road and placed into protective custody after police responded to a report of suspicious activities.

4:41 p.m. - Joshua Phinney, 26, of Allenstown, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
