ARREST LOG: Man Charged with Stalking

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, January 12

6:15 p.m. - Daniel P. Marcotte, 45, of Weare, arrested following a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Meadow Road and Liberty Hill Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident and transporting alcoholic beverages.

Sunday, Jan. 13

7:58 p.m. - Michael Lacerte, 49, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with stalking and violation of a protective order.

Monday, Jan. 14

1:21 a.m. - 17-year-old juvenile arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Smith Road and Liberty Hill Road and charged with transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor.

9:28 a.m. - Shannon M. Leary, 31, of Manchester, arrested on multiple bench warrants following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

1:17 p.m. - Lukas E. Mercer, 18, of Bedford, arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Gage Road and Nashua Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

3:16 p.m. - Mia M. Plant, 40, of Bedford, arrested for shoplifting on South River Road and charged with willful concealment, default or breach of bail conditions, bail jumping and possession controlled/narcotic drugs.

7:05 p.m. - Nathan F. Laporte, 18, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with armed robbery.
