Bedford Fire Dept. Raises Flag in Remembrance of Sept. 11
Bedford photographer pieces together slideshow of touching early-morning ceremony.

The Bedford Fire Department, Wednesday, paid tribute to the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001 by draping a large American flag at the end of its tallest ladder and hoisting it over Route 101, where it flapped freely throughout the day.
Bedford resident and photographer Madonna Lovett Repeta captured the early-morning ceremony and shared the slideshow with Bedford Patch. Click here to watch it, but be forewarned, it's a tearjerker.
