Bedford Library Hosts Upcoming Blood Pressure Clinic

Free four-hour clinic offered by Walgreens pharmacist.

Karl Peicker, Registered Pharmacist at Walgreens in Bedford, is offering a free blood pressure clinic at the Bedford Public Library on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 1-5 p.m.

The clinic is open to anyone and is recommended for those suspecting or previously diagnosed with hypertension.

Peicker will provide a blood pressure reading and is willing to answer and discuss any and all questions regarding a patient's medications.

For the most accurate reading, participants are encouraged to refrain from smoking or drinking caffeinated beverages for thirty minutes before reading.

The event is free of charge and takes place on the lower level of the library at 3 Meetinghouse Road, in the Richmond Room.
