A Bedford man who was stopped on the F.E. Everett Turnpike for driving with a suspended registration June 28 was arrested on two more charges awaiting him on an outstanding warrant.
David Call, 43, of Bedford, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, operating with a suspended license and registration and receiving stolen property, according to Merrimack police.
Call was arrested by the Merrimack Police Department as a result of a motor vehicle stop but after learning his license was under suspension, police learned he also had an outstanding warrant in Merrimack for fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property.
Call allegedly took a credit card out of an unsecured vehicle at the Comfort Inn in Merrimack on June 1 without the owner’s permission. He then used the credit card without the owner’s permission at a local business.
Call was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court Merrimack District Division on July 12 to answer to four charges.
