Bomb Threat Cleared at Bedford High School
Students were prohibited from leaving campus as bomb technician dispatched to BHS.

Update (3:15 p.m.): Bedford High School Principal William Hagen confirmed that the campus was cleared and students were allowed to return to class and be dismissed on a normal schedule.
Original story: In an event extremely similar to a scare earlier this month, Bedford High School officials were forced to call in police and fire personnel on Friday to investigate a bomb threat.
Much like an incident on Dec. 7, the threat was written on the wall in a boys bathroom. Unlike the earlier situation, today's event closed the high school campus to anyone coming or going until a New Hampshire State Police bomb technician verified there was no threat present at the school.

In a letter printed on the BHS website, Principal William Hagen explained that today's threat has classified as "low level" by emergency officials. The letter continued:
"While we are confident that this was an empty threat, we are taking all appropriate action as a precautionary measure. The campus will be closed and student dismissals will be prohibited until the situation is resolved. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated."
