City Man Charged with Selling Alcohol to a Minor
Bedford Police also arrest out-of-stater for DWI.

Tuesday, Aug. 20
5:58 a.m. - James Francis Kenney of Bedford, born in 1963, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Hazen Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof.
Wednesday, Aug. 21
3:09 p.m. - Mark Joseph Newman of Hampstead, born in 1979, arrested on a Bench warrant following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Boynton Street and Keene Street.
Thursday, Aug. 22
9:44 p.m. - Russell Mathis of Villa Rica, GA, born in 1973, arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless operation following a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Hawthorne Drive and South River Road.
Friday, Aug. 23
8 a.m. - Lorenzo L. Vanella of Manchester, born in 1953, arrested on South River Road and charged with for prohibitive sales of alcoholic beverages.
10:18 a.m. - Thomas Lester Osinka, Jr. of Manchester, born in 1980, arrested on a warrant following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Boynton Street and Woodbury Lane.
