2:08 a.m. - Melissa Smith, 33, of Dover, arrested on a bench warrant following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Colonial Drive and also charged with driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension, misuse or failure to display plates, operating an unregistered vehicle and false inspection or registration sticker.
9:42 p.m. - Ryan Wright, 19, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of South River Road and Hull Road and charged with two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs as well as driving after revocation or suspension.
