Man Faces Reckless Conduct Charge After 2019 Nightclub Shooting

Jeremy Winslow was arrested on a felony charge Wednesday accused of driving into Justin Moura, who then shot Tammy Hall outside a nightclub.

MANCHESTER, NH — On June 24, Manchester police arrested and charged Jeremy Winslow, 35, of Manchester, with felony reckless conduct.

The incident dates back to March 2, 2019, when his girlfriend, Tanya Hall, was killed outside Manchvegas nightclub.

After getting into his car with Hall, Winslow is accused of being caught on video "rapidly accelerating forward and striking a man before leaving." The man was identified as Justin Moura, 35.

Along with the video, Winslow’s actions are verified by multiple witness statements, according to police.

Moura plead guilty to the shooting Hall and serving a sentence in the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

Winslow turned himself in to police Wednesday and was released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled for arraignment in Hillsborough Superior Court North on July 30.
