Manchester Officer Involved Shooting Investigated On Maple Street
A man was suffering from injuries after being shot and is in stable condition, according to police. The NH AG and NHSP are investigating.
MANCHESTER, NH — A man has been shot and injured in a police-involved shooting on Maple Street in Manchester near police headquarters on Sunday night.
The incident occurred in a parking lot on Maple Street at just before midnight. Manchester and AMR Ambulance were dispatched to the area for a report of a gunshot and took a man to Elliot Hospital with injuries.
Manchester police said he was in stable condition. Police notified the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office about the shooting, which was investigating the incident with New Hampshire State Police.

The Manchester police dispatch log indicates an entry that said, “shot spotter,” a new system to identify gunfire in some city regions.
New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit is at the scene Monday, documenting the incident, taking measurements, and photographing the scene.
