Manchester Police Investigate 2 Dunkin' Donuts Burglaries

Manchester police are investigating two burglaries at Dunkin' Donuts that occurred early Saturday.

MANCHESTER, NH — Police are investigating two Dunkin' Donuts burglaries reported early Saturday morning in Manchester. The burglaries occurred at the establishments on Hanover Street and South Willow Street. Police have released surveillance footage for anyone who is able to identify the suspect.

Police first responded to the Dunkin' Donuts at 1037 Hanover St. after an alarm was activated at that location around 12:30 a.m. Although the doughnut shop was dark and locked, officers found rolls of quarters outside the building, leading them to believe there had been a burglary. Police called a Dunkin' Donuts employee, who let the officers into the building. It was determined that cash had been taken, according to Manchester police.

Video surveillance shows a man wearing a mask who enters the building and goes directly to the area where money is kept. The man then grabs cash and leaves through the back door. The entire burglary takes place in two minutes, police say. The suspect is described as being white, wearing a black hoodie, pants and shoes.
