Manchester Police Investigating Possible Stabbing

11 police cruisers flooded Queen City Avenue Wednesday night after a man was found suffering what was described as stab wounds.

MANCHESTER, NH — AMR ambulance responded to Queen City Ave and Elm Street at 6:55 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of a male hemorrhaging. When AMR arrived, they quickly requested police saying the male had stab wounds.

Police responded and AMR quickly left the scene transporting to a local hospital where a trauma alert was requested.

MPD quickly left Queen City Avenue and Elm Street and 11 cruisers arrived on Queen City Avenue at a location of an abandoned railroad bed which is an active homeless camp.

At 7:45 p.m., police issued an alert that there was a large presence on Queen City Avenue for what they called an ongoing investigation.

Shortly after the MPD alert was issued, a MPD transport van arrived on scene and a woman was walked out of the homeless camp area in handcuffs and placed in the transport van.
