Multi-Vehicle Crash Snags Rush Hour Traffic in Bedford

Update (5:16 p.m.): The accident on Route 101, described below, has been cleared. There were no injuries reported.

Original story: An accident involving multiple vehicles has caused significant delays for rush-hour commuters on Route 101 in Bedford.

The crash, which reportedly occurred in the westbound lane near The Weathervane restaurant, has not resulted in any apparent injuries, according to a Nixle alert from Bedford Police.

Drivers, however, are asked to seek alternate routes until the roadway is cleared.
