NH GOP To Hold Annual Meeting in Bedford

The NH Republican State Committee would like to take a moment and update you on the 2013 Annual Meeting. The meeting will be Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Bedford High School in Bedford beginning at 10 a.m.

You must be a State Committee member to have voting rights at the Annual Meeting (find out more here). To see when your County/City caucus meets go to our events page (click here). 

There are two primary objectives of the Annual Meeting that are outlined below.

1) There will be an election for the following positions (for information on all positions click here) :

• Chairman
• Vice Chairman
• Secretary
• Assistant Secretary
• Treasurer
• Assistant Treasurer
• Area Vice Chairman (five total)

If you are interested in running please email Jacob (jacob@nhgop.org) and Meg (meg@nhgop.org) by January 11, 2013 before 5 p.m. 

2) There will be a vote on any submitted bylaws changes. Attached is a form for your use if you have any areas of the bylaws you would like to see changed (this is also on our website). Bylaw changes can only be made by State Committee members. Please complete this and send it to jacob@nhgop.org or mail to 10 Water Street Concord NH by January 11, 2013 before 5 p.m.  

Also, if you would like to propose a Resolution that must be submitted by January 11, 2013 before 5 p.m. as well.
