The Bedford Public Library will hold a Summer Author Panel for kids aged 10 and up on Tuesday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. The Author Panel, sponsored by the Friends of Bedford Library, will feature three local middle grade and young adult authors: Christine Boucher, author of "Express Yourself! Joyful Journaling for Kids; Emilie Christie Burack, who writes novels, picture books, and biographies for children and young adults; and MarcyKate Connolly, a best-selling New York Times children’s book who released her debut young adult novel, Twin Daggers.   2. Drivers can expect delays for road paving on Route 101 Wednesday, July 12, after paving was canceled due to rain on Monday, July 10. The section of Route 101 over Pulpit Brook is the last step in the Red Listed Bridge replacement project, according to the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. Road work begins at 5 a.m., weather permitting, and is expected to be completed the same day. Drivers can expect delays with one alternating lane of traffic and are encouraged to seek alternate routes. (Manchester Ink Link)
