It's been five weeks since an attacker entered the home of Dr. Eduardo and Sonia Quesada and and police are still searching for answers.
Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski said the investigation is still very active.
"Bedford PD and New Hampshire State Police detectives continue to actively pursue many investigative avenues, leads and sort through the evidence obtained thus far," said Bryfonski, "but we have no information to report."

Some residents have been left on edge following the violent attack, and while Bryfonski has made note to the fact that Bedford is one of the safest communities in the country to live, he's also encouraged the utilization of proper security measures, since police have yet to determine if the crime was random or targeted.
Outside of the ongoing investigation, Bryfonski also stressed safety on the roadways this long New Year's weekend.
