Police Searching For Man Wanted In Alleged Machete Incident

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police are looking for 37-year-old Joel Santana Roman in connection with an assault that took place on June 4, 2020.

Heather Hamel, MPD Spokesperson "Manchester Police received a report of an assault at the Cumberland Farms on Hanover Street. The victim told police that he encountered two men outside the store. He told police he only knew the men by their street names. One of the men had a machete and cut him just below his eye. The two then drove away."

Hamel said "Through their investigation, police identified the suspect with the machete as Roman. He is wanted for First Degree Assault and Criminal Threatening."
