School Delayed Today and Bus Stops Changed

Bedford children and teenagers head back to school today after two days off due to Sandy, but not before they get a couple hours of sleep.

All Bedford schools will be operating on a two-hour delay today and there will be no AM kindergarten.

And, in addition to the delay, Bedford Police are reporting several bus stop changes due to road closures:

• Gage Road is not accessible and students are asked to walk to Liberty/Gage or Gage/Olde English.
• Buttonwood from Fieldstone to Ministerial Branch is not accessible and students are asked to walk to Buttonwood/Fieldstone or Steppingstone/Ministerial Branch.
• North Amherst Road is not accessible from Campbell to Wallace and students are asked to walk to Campbell/N. Amherst or Wallace/N. Amherst.
• Plummer to Glen is not accessible and students are asked to walk to Palomino/Plummer or Wendover/Glen
