Second Shooting At North End Building Leaves Two Cars Damaged

Manchester Police responded to gunfire on River Rd at the same address where a man was shot two weeks ago

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police received multiple calls Thursday night regarding gunshots in the area of 196 River Road. The address is the same building where a man was shot two weeks ago.

Upon arrival around 9:40 p.m., officers located a scene with multiple shell casings and two vehicles with damage. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. A police department spokesperson said that preliminary information indicates that there were no victims reporting injury. The incident is currently under investigation and there is no further information at this time.

In the previous shooting, MPD arrested a Massachusett man who is accused of shooting at a car fleeing the scene, but is not charged with shooting the victim who suffered a gunshot wound.
