Shots Fired Incident Led To Man Accused Of Reckless Conduct
Manchester police set up a perimeter Monday when reports of gunfire were called in. Carlos Rodriguez is accused of reckless conduct.

MANCHESTER, NH — Several calls came into Manchester police reporting shots fired on Monday on Concord Street between Maple and Ashland streets, according to police.
The calls were reported around 9 p.m. MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said, "Police learned that a man identified as Carlos Rodriguez may have been involved. Rodriguez was believed to have gone into the building at 297 Concord St. Police set up a perimeter and shortly after Rodriguez came out the front door."
Hamel added, "Through their investigation police learned there was an altercation and Rodriguez had fired two shots into the air prior to going inside."

Rodriguez was charged with Reckless Conduct, released on PR Bail.
Manchester has had several gun related incidents in the last four days including 3 people shot, and 2 people stabbed.
