Man Indicted In Antrim Homicide; Stabbing And Beating His Father

Joseph Beam, 18, is accused of killing his father, Jason Beam, 41, on Nov. 1, 2019.

ANTRIM, NH - Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announces that Joseph Beam, 18 formerly of Antrim, has been indicted by the Hillsborough County Grand Jury in connection with the death of his father, Jason Beam, 41 on November 1, 2019, in Antrim.

Joseph Beam was indicted on one count of first-degree murder for purposely causing the death of Jason Beam, by physically assaulting him multiple times with a hammer and a knife.

The charge and allegations set forth in the indictment are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
