1. Attorney Phil Taub, of Bedford, decided not to run for the U.S. Senate. Taub, a longtime GOP donor, fundraiser, and attorney, told WMUR exclusively on Tuesday that he will not run for U.S. Senate in 2022. Instead, he plans to continue focusing on Swim With A Mission, a nonprofit that he and his wife, Julie Taub, co-founded in 2017 to raise funds to support veterans. You can read more here: (WMUR)
2. Volunteers needed! Help beautify and conserve our trails. The Town of Bedford Conservation Commission is looking for volunteers to help maintain Bedford’s trails. The Commission announced they are establishing a Trail Stewardship Subcommittee to help "maintain, connect, and possibly expand the existing trail system." 3. Show your holiday spirit! Decorate your home with lights for the holidays and register for the 2nd Annual Southern New Hampshire Tour of Lights. Bedford is one of 12 communities participating! All you have to do is decorate your home with festive lights for the upcoming holiday season, and register your address with the Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department no later than Monday, Dec. 6.
