Teenage Duo Booked for Shoplifting in Bedford

2:05 a.m. - Caitlyn Biss of Bedford, born in 1991, arrested following a motor vehicle stop and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

12:13 p.m. - Janarda Pichardo of Manchester, born in 1993, arrested on a warrant from another agency on Commerce Park North.

5:12 p.m. - Mark Simoneau of Manchester, born in 1987, arrested for shoplifting on South River Road and charged with willful concealment.

5:54 p.m. - 15-year-old juvenile arrested for shoplifting on South River Road and charged with willful concealment.

5:54 p.m. - 16-year-old juvenile arrested for shoplifting on South River Road and charged with willful concealment.
