The Inside Scoop Heads to the Bedford Farmers' Market?
Here are five things you should know in Bedford today.

1. What's up at the Bedford Farmers' Market? Today's Tuesday and that means more good times and great local vendors at the Bedford Farmers' Market, which runs from 3-6 p.m. in the Saint Elizabeth Seton Parish parking lot off Meetinghouse Road. The Inside Scoop will be in attendance today. For details on that and more, visit the market's Facebook page.
2. Speaking of ... The Inside Scoop, Bedford's favorite (well ... only) ice cream shop, is hiring and considering both full-time and part-time help. Positions are year-round, not seasonal. Apply in person at 260 Wallace Road, near the intersection with Route 101.
3. Lights out! As roadwork continues on Magazine Street, Bedford officials announced last week that a box culvert will be set on Wednesday, Sept. 11. The task will result in an electrical service interruption on a portion of the street (addresses: 35, 37, 41, 45, 47, 48, 51, 54, 55, and 58) from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
4. The weatherman says ... Today's high, according to Weather.com, is 79 degrees with isolated thunderstorms and a 30-percent chance of rain at some point during the day. The overnight low dips to 59 degrees.
5. Bulldogs Bites. The following is a look at today's Bedford High School sports schedule:
