Trio Busted for DWI Following Two Accidents in One Hour
Bedford Police also arrest one man twice for DWI in one day.
The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Aug. 8
8:21 a.m. - Brian R. Burke of New Boston, born in 1985, arrested following a motor vehicle complaint at the intersection of New Boston Road and Wallace Road and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
4:40 p.m. - Gordon Douglas Shoals of Bedford, born in 1966, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Elk Drive and charged with disobeying an officer and resisting arrest.
5:38 p.m. - Brian R. Burke of New Boston, born in 1985, arrested following a motor vehicle complaint at the intersection of New Boston Road and Route 114 and charged with driving while intoxicated and breach of bail conditions.

10:14 p.m. - Roy Kosky of Bedford, born in 1952, arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Jenkins Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, transporting alcoholic beverages and disobeying an officer.10:14 p.m. - Denise E. Biddle of Amherst, born in 1955, arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Jenkins Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
11:11 p.m. - Stephen D. Winer, born in 1979, arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Donald Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and a motorcycle headgear violation.
