Truck Carrying Dumpster Rolls On Route 114 During Morning Commute In Bedford
The truck filled with construction materials rolled over at the intersection of White Avenue in Bedford on Tuesday.
BEDFORD, NH — A truck carrying a dumpster rolled over on Route 114 at White Ave during Tuesday's morning commute.
The dumpster on the truck was loaded with approximately 6,000 pounds of construction debris contained inside the dumpster. Bedford police and fire responded to the scene and evaluated the driver, who refused medical transport from the scene. New Hampshire State Police Troop G responded to the scene to assist in the investigation because a commercial vehicle was involved.
The initial investigation shows the truck was traveling north on Route 114 when it left the right side of the roadway. When the wheels hit the soft dirt, the vehicle rolled over. The truck came to rest on its passenger side.

Blais Towing and Bailey Towing worked to upright the vehicle and removed it from the scene. Portions of 114 were closed briefly while the truck was upright and then moved to the side of the road.
At this time, there is no information on the driver or if any violations were issued, and no other vehicles were involved.
