  1. Rain and passing thunderstorms brought cooler air on Monday, but humidity and fast-moving storms are expected to continue in our area over the next few days. A new round of rain and thunderstorms arrive predawn Tuesday morning, with flash flooding possible from sudden downpours. Scattered thunderstorms are expected in our area throughout the day on Tuesday afternoon. (Patch)
  2. Bedford was named one of the kindest towns in New Hampshire! Augusta Maine radio station Moose 92 FM asked Granite Staters "Which New Hampshire towns have the nicest residents?" Bedford and Windham were among the friendliest towns in the state! Bedford proud. (92moose.fm)
  3. Vine 32 was voted one of the best wine bars in New Hampshire. Vine 32 is one of two New Hampshire wine bars that are "changing the narrative on wine tasting." Crazy Cat Winery in Bristol, which "focuses on fun and affordability" and Vine 32 in Bedford, a "self-pour concept" wine bar, were voted New Hampshire's Best Wine Bars. Wine 32 provides a rotating list of local and unique wines at its South River Road location and offers a Graze menu offering a create-your-own charcuterie board, flatbreads, and sweet treats. Founders Leah and Tom Bellemore said, "They knew that New Hampshire’s first self-serve wine and graze bar would be perfect for their hometown of Bedford." (Subscription/The Union Leader)
