Wind Chill Advisory for Southern New Hampshire
Warning in effect through mid-Thursday morning.
Residents of Bedford and surrounding communities, awakening to a bright sunrise, may want to think twice before heading outside.
The National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts abundant sunshine today, with a high temperature of 17 degrees, however dangerous sub-zero wind chills are likely to approach -25 degrees with gusts up to 20 mph. The forecasted low today is -7.
The weather advisory is in effect for Eastern Hillsborough County and other areas of Southern New Hampshire through 10 a.m. Thursday.

NWS warns of a heightened threat for frostbite (see attached image) or hypothermia for those venturing outside.
Those who are forced to brave the temperatures are advised to limit areas of exposure to their skin, wear hats and gloves and dress in layers.
