New Hampshire police said a bus driver transporting 11 children and an adult crashed into a tree. All were released from the hospital.

GREENLAND, NH — Eleven children and two adults injured in a horrific school bus crash in Greenland Friday have reportedly been released from the hospital. Police said one of the children suffered "life-threatening injuries" but has since recovered.
The driver was identified as John Guy, 21, of Kittery, Maine, and he was driving a GMC Savana transport van from the Kittery Community Center. The crash happened at about 9:20 a.m. on the southbound side of the highway.
"The vehicle veered off the roadway, striking a large tree, head-on," New Hampshire State Police Sergeant Steven Wheeler said in a statement.

Guy was driving the group to a New Hampshire water park, according to WMTW. Kittery's town manager told the news station all those injured have been released from the hospital and Guy was placed on leave pending an investigation.
Wheeler said officers are still investigating why Guy veered off the road. Speeding was ruled out, he added.
