13 People Receive Summonses, Accused Of Camping On Sheep Davis Road, Pleasant Street: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Matthew W. Barry, 39, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on June 29, 2025, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St.
Tony Eric Freeman, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on June 29 on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge and a driving on a sidewalk violation following an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.
Jeremy P. Ducharme, born in 1982; Lydia Stiles Haas, born in 1988; Tiffany C. Bolduc, born in 1981; Rockie J. Andrus, born in 1981; Jeffrey R. Smith, born in 1984; Crystal M. Marquis, born in 1981; Patrick W. Miller, born in 1977; Brian Michael Benoit, born in 1981; Samantha A. Miner, born in 1986; Benjamin Hoar, born in 1994; and Keith Robert Dame, born in 1976; were all given summons for camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations. They were charged following an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Jennelle A. Boyle, born in 1983, of Derry, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on June 25 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges following an incident or investigation on Lyndon Street.

Daniel A. Chambers Jr., 46, of Concord, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on June 25 on robbery, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and criminal threatening-deadly weapon. Ronald F. Delgaudio, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on June 10 on felony possession of a controlled drug, breach of bail, and loitering or prowling following an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.
Troy Wesley Zanis, 49, of Pembroke, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on June 9 on felony operating after certification as a habitual offender, reckless operation, and disobeying an officer charges as well as a stop signs; yield signs violation following an incident or investigation on North State Street.
Christy S. Silberman, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on June 9 on resisting arrest or detention and two simple assault charges following an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.
Mark D. Yeskis, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on June 9 on theft of services, a felony due to two prior convictions, following an incident or investigation at the Red Arrow Diner at 112 Loudon Road; theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, following an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road; and a bench warrant issued at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
Julie M. Jenkins, born in 1972, of Concord, received a summons at 2:35 a.m. on June 9 on a camping restricted violation following an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street Extension.
