• 9 Elliot St., a single-family home, sold for $67,000 on Oct. 16. The three bedroom was on the market for 119 days. 
• 15 Kensington Road was sold on Oct. 15, for $400,000. The single-family home was on the market for about six months. 
• A condo at 1 Whitewater Drive sold on Oct. 15, for $108,000. The two-bedroom was on the market for 116 days. 
• 228 N. State St. sold for $92,000 on Oct. 11. The three bedroom, single-family home was on the market for 273 days.
• 222 N. State St. sold on Oct. 5, for $106,000. The single-family was on the market for a month and a half.
• 33 Hannah Dustin Drive sold for $42,000 on Oct. 5. The single-family, three bedroom home was on the market for 79 days. 
• 30 Pelham Lane was sold on Oct. 2, for $232,500. The three bedroom, single-family was on the market for 77 days.
