After Being Arrested Repeatedly, Concord Woman Now Faces 60 New Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges
Amber Lynn Gelinas was arrested on June 30 on 30 stalking and 30 breach of bail charges, accused of repeatedly violating a protection order.

CONCORD, NH — A woman from Concord who has been repeatedly arrested on stalking charges this year was arrested last month on dozens of charges after being accused of violating a protective order and her bail conditions.
Amber Lynn Gelinas, 36, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested on June 30 on 30 counts of stalking and 30 counts of breach of bail charges.
According to an affidavit, on May 9, a complaint was filed with police accusing Gelinas of breaching her bail conditions by communicating with a family member. The complainant said she was using fake Facebook accounts to communicate with the protected family member. The officer eyed the text messages, and the complainant surmised Gelinas was using the TextNow app or something similar to produce different phone numbers.

The officer wrote, as they were looking at the account, “messages were actively popping up.” The report listed several messages across many days from five different phone numbers. The officer noted one of the accounts featured Gelinas’ name spelled backwards, the report said.

“It’s gonna get bad …” one note stated, according to the officer. “I’m coming for your f------ life.”
On May 20, the officer spoke with a second complainant about the case.
They were unable to produce screenshots for a majority of the messages, the officer said, saying they originally got the cellphone from Gelinas and believed she “may have wiped some of the images from (the) cellphone remotely.” They accused Gelinas of factory resetting the family member’s cellphone and also advised the messages were “a mix of regular text message, the TextNow app, and Facebook messenger.”
The officer eyed Gelinas’ bail conditions after the April 18 arrest. The paperwork confirmed she was not allowed to communicate with the family member and one of the complainants, the report stated.
On May 21, Gelinas was arrested on two stalking and two breach of bail charges, and her cellphone was seized during the arrest by two detectives, a report said. A search warrant was requested, and a detective completed an extraction of the communications between Gelinas and one of the complainants after she was released on personal recognizance, the officer wrote.
On June 5, the detective’s forensic analysis of Gelinas’ phone found messages between April 27 and May 20, including various comments and threats, an affidavit stated.
“I’m literally about to walk about my door and come f--- your shit up,” one message stated, according to the affidavit. “Don’t care if I go to jail don’t care if you get kicked out or can’t sign the lease. It’s my goal to make sure that sh-- happens.”
An affidavit stated, “(the) detective advised that nearly all of the messages that Amber made on the dates listed above (for both the complainant and family member) were continuing to be sent throughout the day listed. They were not just single messages and the times listed were for when the first message was sent,” accounting for the multiple charges.
A warrant was issued for Gelinas’s arrest on June 30.
After being arrested, Gelinas was held without bail. Merrimack County PreTrial Services was also made aware of the arrest. She was arraigned via video in Concord District Court on July 1 and released on personal recognizance, according to court paperwork.
According to reports on Patch, she was arrested on a charge of willful concealment in January 2016, following an incident at the Family Dollar store on Fisherville Road. She was previously arrested on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Loudon Road in October 2024 as well as on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstruct report of a crime-injury, and domestic violence-obstruct report of a crime-injury charges after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex in November 2024.
Gelinas was also charged on Feb. 17 with two stalking and two breach of bail counts and on March 1 on drug possession, stalking, and breach of bail charges. On April 18, she was arrested on simple assault and domestic violence charges after an incident or investigation at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road. Gelinas was arrested again on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Walgreens, located at 142 Loudon Road, and after another incident at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road, resulting in additional stalking and breach of bail charges on May 21.
