Allenstown Woman Accused Of Shooting At Man In February: Merrimack County Court Indictment Roundup
Also: Northfield felon accused of possessing rifle; Lawrence man indicted on drug sale accomplice charges; delivery of articles indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Brandon Prue, 43, of Oak Hill Road in Northfield, on a felony felon in possession charge. He was accused of possessing a .50 caliber Traditions Percussion Deerhunter rifle on March 3 in Northfield after being convicted of one or more felonies in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018.
Jason M. Roy, 39, of North Main Street in Bristol, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking between $1,000 and $1,500 from a woman in Hill between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31, 2024, for tickets and not providing the tickets.

Samantha Scott, 36, of Fellows Hill Road in Belmont, on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charges, both felonies, in the area of West River Road in Hooksett on March 20, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute in February 2024.
Jason Checo Severino, 24, of Morton Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug and two accomplice to attempted sale of a controlled drug charges, all felonies. He was accused of aiding or attempting to aid Ricardo Antonio Lara Guerrero of selling cocaine, meth, and fentanyl in New London on Feb. 12.

Alyssa P. Traniello, 32, of Edgewood Drive in Allenstown, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and first-degree assault-attempt charges, all felonies. She was accused of firing a handgun at a man on Feb. 9 in Allenstown.

Savannah V. Wagemann, 23, of Snowshoe Trail in Contoocook, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. She was accused of filing a false statement for a title on a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 saying she was the owner of the vehicle on Jan. 2 in Concord.
Isaiah Wade, 28, of Avenue A in Bayonne, New Jersey, on a felony conspiracy: delivery of articles prohibited-suboxone charge. Via telephone calls, he facilitated a suboxone purchase for an inmate in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen, Darrius Weekly and-or others, via mail, between Oct. 9 and Oct. 23, 2023, according to the indictment.
Darrius D. Weekly, 31, of Canal Street in Manchester, on a felony attempted delivery of articles prohibited charge. He was accused of mailing an envelope containing suboxone to Craig Pearson, an inmate at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen, on Oct. 23, 2023.
Riley P. Winter, 23, of Snowshoe Trail in Manchester, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, and penalties charge. He was accused of altering or forging an assignment of title by signing a woman’s name on a certificate of title for a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 in Concord on Dec. 26, 2024.
