Fortunately, Henniker Police officers were already on ATV patrol in the vicinity, allowing for a rapid response to the remote crash site. Preliminary investigations suggest that unreasonable speeds for the existing trail conditions were the primary contributing factor to the accident.
New Hampshire Fish and Game reminds all OHRV operators to exercise caution and ride responsibly while enjoying the state's trails. They emphasize the importance of adhering to designated trails and ensuring proper permission for riding areas.
