Concord Sex Offenders Arrested On Knowing Failure To Comply Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan Thomas Brouillet, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 3:10 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2025, on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Maurice G. Tweedie Jr., born in 1969, of Concord, received a summons at 7:11 p.m. on Dec. 8 on a suspension of vehicle registration violation following an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Kenneth J. Lewis, born in 1994, of Pembroke, received a summons at 6:31 p.m. on Dec. 7 on a criminal threat charge following an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Normand Arthur Paradis, born in 1955, of Candia, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Dec. 6 on a violation of a protective order following an incident or investigation on Elm Street.

Bulambo Wilonja, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 5 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge following an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Christopher M. Blodgett, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on Dec. 4 on felony possession of a controlled drug and a bench warrant.

Jason D. Woody, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 3 p.m. on Nov. 26 on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Joshua R. Reasor, born in 1976, of Contoocook, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 26 on felony habitual offender and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges as well as a bench warrant and an unofficial inspection-registration sticker. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at TJ Maxx at 12 Loudon Road.

Christopher J. McGuire, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. McGuire is a sex offender due to attempted felonious sexual assault-victim between 13 and 16 with an age difference of more than four years and uses of computer services-victim under 16 convictions in November 2007, according to the state.

Jayden Akroyd, born in 2002, of Derry, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Nov. 26 on two violation of a protective order charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Palm Street.

James G. Meinecke, born in 1978, was arrested at 10:52 a.m. on Nov. 25 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Silk Farm Road.

Robert John Hickey, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. on Nov. 25 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
