Barnstead Woman Arrested On Another Robbery Count, Assault, And Other Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Constance Morneau, born in 1952, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2025, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target on D’Amante Drive.

Byishimo Rugabirwa, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Sept. 19 on simple assault and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Jillian L. Collins, 37, of West Huntress Pond Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 19 on felony robbery, simple assault, willful concealment, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road. Collins was arrested in May on robbery, assault, and other charges.

Raymond J. Blodgett, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a warrant. Also arrested was Darlene K. Derby, born in 1971, of Concord, on stalking and breach of bail charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the Tea Garden Restaurant at 184 N. Main St.

Samuel K. Bruce, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 6:39 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Wendell R. Ford, born in 1955, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

John Bureau, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Mennino Place apartments at 51 Storrs St.

Leo Leblanc, born 1962, of Concord, received a summons at 3:39 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a public urination or defecation violation after an incident or investigation in Eagle Square.

Austin C. Shelton, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Aug. 4 on loitering or prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on the railroad tracks along Storrs Street.

Richard Cole, born in 2003, of Newport, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at the methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.
