Bennington Woman, Penacook Man Arrested On Domestic Violence Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan Michelle Collerette, born in 1992, of Bennington, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on June 23, 2025, on stalking, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road.

Nancy A. Palmer, born in 1943, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on June 22 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Alexia Davis, born in 2000, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on June 21 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on South State Street.

Benjamin Michael Waites, born in 2002, of Alton, received a summons at 12:37 a.m. on June 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge as well as a suspension of vehicle registration violation after an investigation or incident at the Longhorn Steakhouse at 217 Loudon Road.

Jason J. Tiberi, born 1979, of Penacook, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on June 19 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an investigation or incident on Wildflower Drive.

Kelsea Kathryn Hickey, born in 1993, of Concord, received a summons at 11:25 p.m. on June 18 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges after an investigation or incident on Eastern Avenue.

Brett Scott Tuttle, born in 2006, of Concord, received a summons at 10:58 p.m. on May 16 on unlawful possession-intoxication and manufacture-possess a false ID charges after an investigation or incident at 557 N. State St.

Nicholas R. Gilson, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on May 16 on disorderly conduct and criminal threatening charges after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on May 16 on possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a misuse of plates violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at 281 N. State St.

Roland Edward Collette, born in 1983, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on May 16 on an operating without a valid license charge. Also arrested was Denise A. Davenport, 56, of Concord, on two bench warrants. They were arrested after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Zachary R. Hardy, born in 1998, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on May 16 on a driving under the influence charge and a tail lamp and reflectors violation after an investigation or incident on North State Street.
