Boscawen, Concord Men Arrested On Burglary, Other Charges; Barnstead Woman Faces Robbery Charge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Frank Pickering, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on June 30, 2025, on a warrant as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Amy Tobyne, born in 1983, of Concord, received a summons at 11:29 a.m. on June 24 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on School Street.

Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on June 11 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Zachary Hayden Sanborn, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. on June 10 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Langdon Avenue.

Anthony Craib, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on June 10 on burglary and criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Edgar W. Gordon, 59, of Boscawen, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on May 29 on burglary, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, theft, and operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on Whitney Road; receiving stolen property-$1,001 to $1,500 after an incident or investigation on Whitney Road; and burglary and criminal mischief after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Kayleigh Elizabeth Thoroughgood, born in 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 7:31 a.m. on May 23 on endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Catherine Mary Steenbeke, born in 1979, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on May 23 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation at Capital City Billiards on Fisherville Road.

Richard S. McPherson, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on May 23 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Interstate 93 north at the interchange with Exit 15 and Interstate 393 west.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on May 22 on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on Old Loudon Road.

Mark D. Yeskis, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on May 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court at the arraignment and bail hearing on April 14 on a theft charge out of Concord from Jan. 27. Yeskis is due back in court on Aug. 4 for a status conference hearing concerning his competency. He also has an active forgery case out of Exeter.

Amber Lynn Gelinas, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on May 21 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Walgreens at 142 Loudon Road and stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Salisbury Green apartment complex on Loudon Road. She was previously arrested on stalking charges in February and March.
