CATCH Receives Lincoln Financial Foundation Grant

Concord, NH – CATCH Neighborhood Housing has received a $10,000 grant from the Lincoln Financial Foundation in support of their collaborative housing education program, HOMEteam.

As a partnership between CATCH, NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire and Laconia Area Community Land Trust, HOMEteam provides residents throughout southern and central New Hampshire with a variety of tools and information related to purchasing, renting and maintaining a home. This grant will help HOMEteam continue to provide high-quality workshops, one-on-one counseling and other resources to help first time home buyers and renters.

The Lincoln Financial Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Lincoln Financial Group, believes that strong economies begin with strong communities. Its grant is part of Lincoln Financial’s $10 million in charitable contributions to support education, human services, arts and economic/workforce development programs in key cities across the country where the company has a strong business presence.
