Joshua S. Almeida, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Oct. 30 on a licensed required; penalty following an investigation or incident on Little Pond Road.

Jeffrey S. Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 30 on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Russell Torrey, born in 1960, of Chichester, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Oct. 30 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief charges as well as a public urination or defecation violation following an investigation or incident at the Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Brittany Annmarie Price, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 3:17 a.m. on Oct. 24 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the South Concord Meadows apartment complex at 99 Clinton St.

James M. Heath, born in 19983, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 23 on forgery and theft by deception-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies, following an investigation or incident at Merrimack County Savings Bank at 89 N. Main St.

John H. Camden, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 15 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident at Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Jayline Girl Toenah, born in 2006, of Concord, received a summons at 9:26 a.m. on Oct. 15 following an investigation or incident at the Friedman Court apartment complex on Old Suncook Road.
