Concord Drug Dealer Sent To Prison For 3 To 6 Years For Selling Methamphetamine, Fentanyl

CONCORD, NH — A drug dealer, previously homeless in Concord, is heading back to prison after being sentenced to three to six years in prison for selling methamphetamine and fentanyl to a confidential informant.
Tracy Blodgett, 58, pleaded guilty to six counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense charges as well as two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent offense. Back in October 2024, New Hampshire State Police arrested four people as part of an investigation into drug sales in the capital city. Blodgett and Aaron Erickson were charged and accused of selling drugs. Blodgett had more than 400 grams of meth and 60 grams of fentanyl which were seized at the time of his arrest.
Brian Huoppi of Concord and Ryan Basnett of Derry were also arrested on outstanding warrants.

Blodgett sold “significant quantities” of the drugs to the confidential informant and, after being arrested, was found to possess additional amounts of the drugs. Blodgett was previously convicted of a drug crime.
Blodgett was sentenced Monday to three to six years on one count and five to 10 years on all the other counts. The five to 10-year counts were suspended for a decade after his release from prison. They will also be served consecutively.

Erickson’s two drug sale charges are still active in Merrimack County Superior Court. He is scheduled to have a final pretrial hearing on Oct. 27, with jury selection to begin on Nov. 10.
Huoppi’s drug possession charge, out of Concord from March 2024, had a plea and sentencing hearing on Monday after he failed to appear at a hearing to revoke bail on May 8. He was placed in preventive detention on May 30.
Basnett was wanted for failure to appear at a deferred sentence hearing in Rockingham County Superior Court after being convicted of a possession charge out of Derry from May 2021. He was granted an amended sentence on May 1.
Blodgett’s criminal history dates back to the late-1980s, according to superior court records, when he was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, and theft in Merrimack County. He was also convicted on an acts prohibited charge out of Concord in July 2019, and received a 90-day sentence and $434 fine, suspended for a year. Blodgett was also convicted on a theft charge in April 2024 and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for three years. He was also fined $1,070.
According to posts on Patch, he has also been arrested on drug possession, criminal mischief, criminal trespass charges, a camping restricted violation, and warrants.
