Concord, Epsom, Hanover Thieves Arrested On New Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Henry George, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on July 11, 2025, on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500, criminal trespass, two criminal mischief, and two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord at 32 Clinton St. and a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at the Firehouse Block Garage at 19 N. State St.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on July 9 on felony possession of a controlled drug after an incident or investigation on Herbert Street, theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Joe King’s Shoes at 45 N. Main St., and criminal trespass after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Heather L. Ainsworth, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on July 7 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 224 N. Main St.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Epsom, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on July 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Quick Mart at 125 Loudon Road.

Shane A. Adkinson, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 8:05 a.m. on July 3 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Duane Raymond Perkins, born in 1985, of Hanover, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. July 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Casey James Hynes, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on June 7 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Colby Chabot, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on June 7 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Ferry Street.

Jacob Christopher Wright, 20, of Concord, received a summons at 3:45 a.m. on June 7 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Kera M. Mattocks, born in 1978, of Concord, received a summons at 2:30 a.m. on June 7 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Timothy J. Leclair, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on June 7 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Suds Appeal at 47 Washington St.

Jason W. Goodman, 45, of Concord, received a summons at 1:20 a.m. on June 7 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at FedEx at 10 Fort Eddy Road.
