Concord Housing+ Redevelopment announces 2014-2015 Board of Commissioners.

Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) Executive Director John Hoyt is pleased to announce Jerry Madden has been appointed 2015–2016 Chairman of the Concord Housing + Redevelopment Board of Commissioners. Violet M. Rounds has been appointed Vice Chairman.

Jerry Madden is the Executive Director of The Friends Program and former Concord Chief of Police, and has served on the Concord Housing + Redevelopment Board of Commissioners for the past five years.

Violet Rounds is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administrative Affairs for the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association. She has served on the Concord Housing + Redevelopment Board of Commissioners for the past four years.

Past Chairman Attorney Ari Pollack, long-time Concord resident Jim Fowler, and Attorney Peter Burger are returning Commissioners, who will continue to guide the organization’s redevelopment efforts.
