Concord Housing + Redevelopment Leases South Main Retail Space

Concord Housing + Redevelopment leases retail space at 65 South Main Street property to What's In Your Closet Resale & Gift Boutique

Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) has leased retail space at its 65 South Main Street property to What’s In Your Closet Resale & Gift Boutique.

“What’s In Your Closet is not your typical consignment store,” says Concord resident and owner Rachel Ward. “The store sells fashions from top designers to vintage treasures, to everyday essentials, as well as designer and vintage purses, shoes, and jewelry. We even feature home décor items. We offer many new and gently used items including women’s clothing, sizes junior through women’s.”

“65 South Main Street is a prime retail space with plenty of parking, which makes it ideal for businesses with a steady customer flow” says John Hoyt, Executive Director, Concord Housing + Redevelopment. “We’re please to have Rachel house and her new venture at one of our prime commercial rental properties.”

Consignments will be accepted beginning the week of October 19th with the official store opening October 27, 2015. No appointments necessary, however, Ward suggests calling in advance, 224-2722, with any questions concerning accepted items. What’s In Your Closet Resale & Gift Boutique is closed on Mondays.
