Concord Man Accused Of Threatening Police Officer With A Knife: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Former EMT indicted on more child assault charges; Cornish man indicted on Loudon kidnapping, sexual assault charges; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Marion M. Raymond, 31, of Mason Road in New Ipswich, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 15 in Hooksett.
Lauren Rush, 37, of Lord Avenue in Bayonne, New Jersey, on a felony conspiracy: delivery of articles prohibited charge. She agreed with Isiah Wade and-or others to get suboxone on behalf of Craig Pearson, an inmate, from Darrius Weekly , with whom she exchanged text messages to facilitate the purchase, according to an indictment, between Oct. 9 and Oct. 23, 2023, in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Matthew Sellers, 42, of Thorndike Street in Concord, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Concord on June 4 and Dollar General in Concord on June 5. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Concord District Court in April 2023 and Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2023.
Douglas M. Smith, 37, of Haigh Avenue in Salem, on a felony theft by misapplication of property charge. He was accused of stealing cash, more than $1,501, from 7-Eleven in Concord on several occasions between Feb. 3 and Feb. 14.

Scott L. Stanley III, 33, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 27 in Franklin.
Stephen Tesoro, 37, of Washington Street in Weymouth, Massachusetts, on three felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of cashing three fraudulent charges for a combined $6,655.11 drawn on the account of the Allenstown Wastewater Treatment Facility on Oct. 17. Oct. 19, and Oct. 20, 2022.

David Trainor, 35, of Salem Street in Salem, MA, on two first-degree assault and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of causing serious bodily injury, specifically, head trauma that resulted in brain damage, likely to be permanent, as well as a bruised ear and back of the head, to a child between Feb. 14 and Feb. 22, 2022, in Concord. Matthew Truell, 47, of Route 120 in Cornish, on kidnapping, aggravated felonious sexual assault, criminal restraint, and three domestic violence charges. He sexually assaulted, pushed, spat at and held a former intimate partner against a wall, preventing her from leaving a room, and forced her to her knees, in Loudon on May 12, according to indictments.
Carl Vaillant, 40, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing and raising a knife at a Concord police officer on July 21.
Jacob Valley, 30, of Nashua, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on two delivery of articles prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing buprenorphine and crack cocaine at the jail in Boscawen. Valley is in jail after being convicted in 2021 of unlawful possession of firearms, due to a prior felony conviction, and being sentenced to 70 months.
Nathaniel M. White, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 10, 2024, in Concord.
