Concord Man Arrested On Drunken Driving Charge Again: Police Log

Bradford man charged with DUI; Pembroke woman arrested on assault charge; woman arrested on mischief, trespass, breach, and other charges.

CONCORD, NH — Brandon D. Dow, born 1990, of Bradford was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2021, on driving under the influence and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Clinton Street.

Valerie E. Fredette, 37, of Concord was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on Nov. 12 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Friendly Soup Kitchen on South Commercial Street. Fredette failed to appear at a plea and sentencing hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 26 on a felony theft charge out of Concord from February.

Andrew Joseph O’Brien, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 12 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Nov. 9 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue. He was arrested again at 6:22 p.m. on Nov. 10 on two bench warrants after an incident at the Concord Public Library on Green Street.

Christine May Thompson, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road and a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on South Spring Street.

Kanamaharagi Muvunyi, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Christian Avenue.

William Gordon Cavataio, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a criminal trespass charge. Police were sent to North Main Street near Speedway for a report of a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk. The officer spoke to Cavataio and told him he could not sleep on the sidewalk. “He became aggravated,” the officer wrote in an affidavit. Dispatch ran a check and found that he was trespassed from the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter, which was near where he was sleeping. The trespass notice was posted the day before, the officer said. Cavataio was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Chantelle Marie Bartlett, 24, of Newport was arrested on a warrant at 4:11 a.m. on Nov. 2 after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Rianna Shea Martin, 35, of Concord was arrested at 7:16 a.m. on Oct. 31 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. She failed to appear at a probation violation hearing on Oct. 18 after pleading guilty to a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge in April. Martin pleaded guilty to the probation violation on Nov. 22.

Julianna P. Clivio, 22, of Pembroke was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on Oct. 28 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Todd Michael Horstkotte, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 28 on felony burglary, felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+, and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Banks Chevrolet on Manchester Street. David T. Swett, 56, a homeless man now located in Concord was cited at 2:40 a.m. on Oct. 1 on a bench warrant after an incident on Village Street.

Shayna Joy Kinney, 38, of Concord was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on Oct. 1 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as two warrants. She was arrested after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. She failed to appear in superior court at a felony theft charge out of Concord from July and a dispositional conference on drug charges out of Franklin from April on Sept. 28. Kinney is due back in superior court for arraignment on Dec. 22.

Theresa H. Kenyon, 56, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 28 on criminal mischief, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and two criminal trespass charges. She was also charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and breach of bail. Kenyon is due in superior court on Feb. 24 for a competency hearing on two felony drug charges out of Pembroke from July.
