Concord Man Indicted On Another Indecent Exposure, Lewdness Charge: Superior Court Roundup
South End pair indicted on Canterbury theft charges; skid marks in Durgin Garage lead to a felony charge for Laconia man; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Rundlett Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing a catalytic converter from another person’s Honda CR-V on June 20, 2022, in Canterbury. Christine Thompson, 44, of Rockingham Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of “acting as lookout” while Adam Thompson was accused of stealing the catalytic converter on June 20, 2022, in Canterbury.
Brentt A. Trudeau, 30, of Main Street in Contoocook on a felony operating while deemed habitual charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 north in Bow on Oct. 4, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Stacy A. Vaillancourt, 52, of Malvern Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Sept. 3, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Vaillancourt was convicted on theft charges in Manchester District Court in January 2019 and Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2022.
Christopher M. Wagenhofer, 20, of Mechanic Street in Laconia on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of spinning tires, creating burn and skid marks, inside of the Durgin Block Garage on School Street in Concord, causing more than $1,500 in damage, on July 2, 2022.

Eric Waterman, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony possession of fentanyl charges from May 3 and Sept. 9, 2022, in Concord.
Kevin Welcome, 61, of Burns Avenue in Concord on two possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, both felonies, on Aug. 9, 2022.
Michael S. Wentworth, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges on Aug. 3 and Sept. 3, 2022, in Concord.
Joshua H. White, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing his genitals at a public intersection on Aug. 18, 2022, in Concord after being convicted on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge in December 2019, in Merrimack County Superior Court. Stephanie A. Willis, 38, of Dover on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Sept. 3, 2022, in Hooksett, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
David J. Wilson, 37, of Country Club Road in Manchester on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on July 22, 2022, after being convicted twice on theft charges.
Samantha Beland, 31, with a last known address of Shasta Street in Manchester, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges, on Nov. 7, 2021, in Hooksett.
Ryan C. Woods, 33, of North Spring Street in Concord on three felony possession of a controlled drug, clonazepam, meth, and fentanyl, charges on June 22, 2022, in Concord.
Mark E. Yphantis, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on the Ledyard National Bank account of Jesse’s Steakhouse for $3,744.11 on Nov. 12, 2021, in Concord with a false signature.
Julie E. Zakas, 58, of Summer Street in Salem on two felony possession of a controlled drug, buprenorphine and fentanyl, charges on June 29, 2022, in Hooksett.
